Frequently asked questions.
1. What kind of photography do you offer?
I specialise in fine art black and white photography, capturing landscapes, urban scenes, and fleeting street moments. Each print is carefully crafted to evoke emotion and timelessness.
2. Are the prints limited edition?
Yes. Most of my prints are available in limited editions, signed and numbered. Once an edition sells out, it will never be printed again, ensuring its exclusivity and long-term value.
3. How are the prints made?
All prints are professionally produced on museum-quality fine art paper, using archival inks to ensure exceptional depth, contrast, and longevity.
4. What size are the prints?
Each artwork is offered in one carefully chosen size, selected to best suit the composition and aesthetic of the image. The print size is clearly stated on each product page.
5. Do the prints come framed?
Prints are sold unframed by default to allow personal choice and safer shipping. However, I occasionally offer framed options for select artworks. Please check individual listings or contact me for details.
6. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location. Orders within Australia usually arrive within 7–10 business days. International deliveries may take 10–21 days. You'll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship worldwide. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility.
8. Can I return or exchange a print?
Due to the nature of fine art prints, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll resolve it quickly.
9. Do you offer certificates of authenticity?
Yes. All limited edition prints come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity including the print title, edition number, and date.
10. Can I license your work for editorial or commercial use?
Yes. Selected images are available for licensing. Please get in touch with details about your project, and I’ll be happy to discuss usage rights and fees.
