We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your fine art photography print. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our prints, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.
No Returns or Exchanges
Please choose your print carefully, as we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped. All sales are final.
Refunds for Damaged Items Only
We take immense care in packaging your print to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your print arrives clearly damaged during transit, we can offer a refund.
Conditions for a Damage-Related Refund:
You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours of the delivery date.
You'll need to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to both the print and the packaging.
The damage must be a direct result of transit.
How to Request a Refund for Damage:
Email us immediately at info@pbstudioart.com within 48 hours of receiving your print.
Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.
Once we've reviewed your claim and confirmed the damage, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
